Ann deals with the financial issues of running a non-profit. She is also involved with the watershed committees for each of the watersheds the Task Force operates in. As always she helps out with projects and makes sure everything runs smoothly.ann@stillysnofish.org

Cara manages the Task Force’s Watershed Education Program, which integrates education and community involvement into our restoration efforts. She works with community members of all ages to provide education on aquatic ecosystems, watersheds and salmon. She coordinates our K-12 school programs which reaches over 1,500 students annually, and organizes informal education activities at Task Force volunteer events. Kristin works with Jason to develop and implement our projects and coordinates the Stilly Knotweed Control project. She also recruits and manages the over 1,800 volunteers a year that support the Task Force.kristin@stillysnofish.org
Brian works as a Habitat Restoration Specialist supporting Jason and Kristin with developing, and implementing restoration projects. He supervises the WCC and Department of Corrections field crews, keeping them busy with maintaining project sites and preparing new project sites. Abby is our new WCC intern for 2009-2010 and is taking on the Education and Outreach Assistant role. She comes to us from Wisconsin and just graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. During her undergrad, she was involved in a science outreach organization for 2 years where she worked with k-12 students doing hands-on activities in the classroom.abby@stillysnofish.org
Jessica, our Habitat Restoration Technician, is our Washington Conservation Corps intern for 2009-2010. After graduating from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in ecology, she returned to her native Washington and joined us after completing a year with the King County Washington Conservation Corps.jessica@stillysnofish.org
Cari is originally from Boise, Idaho. She received her Bachelors of Science in Zoology at Oregon State University and her Masters of Science in Experimental Psychology at Central Washington University. As the Task Force’s Environmental Education Specialist, she teaches water-related lessons to school children as part of the Surface Water Education Contract with Snohomish County.
Kevin is a Habitat Restoration Field Technician and will be with the Task Force until the end of Sept. He graduated from the UW in March of 2009 with a degree in Environmental Science and Resource Management. He has been an intern with Snohomish County Surface Water Management and a Stream Biologist with the Wild Fish Conservancy.
Christi searches for new methods and suppliers for funding and equipment for Task Force projects. She also keeps the website up to date.
Kim is the Financial Manager for the Task Force. She spends her time in the accounting software making sure every penny is accounted for correctly. She also runs payroll, helps out with policy and procedure updates, and anything else that Ann needs assistance with. Kim is from Edmonds, WA and has been managing financials for various non-profits and for-profit companies for over 11 years.kim@stillysnofish.org

River Stewards

Janice Martin (left), Ean Olsen (center) and Allison Sayre (right) are the Task Force’s River Stewards. By hosting our Salmon Education Booth and leading interpretive programs, they provide salmon and water-quality education to the public at parks throughout Snohomish County and Camano Island.
